I am an expert at creating fun workout plans that combine physical training, bio gymnastics, capoeira, strength and conditioning, plyometrics, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu ground movements. Those strengthening exercises consist of the resistance ones body provides. It also incorporates flexibility and breathing techniques to help with cardiovascular conditioning as well. This is a very unique and innovative way to keep your body and mind in tune.

My method is a dynamic and complete combination of physical balance, strength and conditioning that has an objective of developing qualities associated with motor and mental skills.
